About your Trainer
Some of my simple pleasures include surfing, free-diving, a nice cup of coffee in the morning, and barbequing outside on a sunny day. What inspired me to become a trainer was when I could never separate strength training from tightness & pain. I thought to myself, “the gym is supposed to improve health and longevity, not mess me up”. I knew there had to be a better way to train and I was driven to not only help myself but also show others how to get the most out of their strength training while mitigating risks.
I know what it’s like to have seemingly unresolvable chronic pain and tightness. Worst of all, I know what it’s like to see doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists and to hear from them that the best solution is pain-killers, ice, rest, or surgery. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to being trainer that you can count on to help you move pain-free and unlock your vast strength potential through non-invasive and highly specific methods.
As your trainer, I’m equipped with potent modalities, namely Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), to personalize your training based on your preferences and needs. Whether you’re looking to add power to your golf swing, improve overall joint mobility, increase bone density, resolve chronic pain/tightness, or develop a sustainable strength training regime for longevity, I’m your guy. In our time together, you may experience unique exercises and you may experience lightbulb moments where you realize you’ve never felt or used certain muscles before. I’m looking forward to the day when you can look back and realize how pain & tightness has become a thing of the past and strength is all that remains.
